A couple of days ago two of my college teammates called me and asked if I wanted to run the "Wasatch Back Relay" race, Its about 118 miles and starts in Logan and ends in Park City. They are putting a team together of "younger" vs. "older" alumni from Weber State Cross Country teams. I was so excited to take this challenge on and also see my teammates again. The sad thing is I'm not able to join in on this adventure with them because of my church calling. I have to be at Youth conference the same weekend. I'm so proud of these girls they really inspire me to get back into shape and hopefully join the team next year. Those 4 years running at Weber State was the most frustrating, rewarding, fun, and best expirence in my life besides being a mother. These women are so amazing they accomplished alot in their running careers and are great examples . I love them and wish them the best in their training. The Greatest feeling to know is these ladies no matter how spread out we are in our lives and where we live we still hold a bond of friendship that is strong.

I didn't know you were a track star! That's awesome, but even more awesome are the hair styles those girls are sporting. How much aqua net did they need to put in their hair to keep it looking like that when they were running in the wind? Just kidding...Ragnar....that's a goal of mine, darn callings. :)
HI Nikki!! You are holding back info from your new friends- NIkki was AMAZING in track and cross country- and we had the funnest team in the whole world! Thanks to all that hairspray we ALSO had the best looking team in the world! Ha ha!WEBER STATE, WEBER STATE, GREAT GREAT GREAT....PURE AND SIMPLE!!
